Refunds & Replacement

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
Conditions for return: The items are not the same as shown on the website, damaged, or of poor quality compared to the description.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To proceed with the return process, please send the return request email to us via our support email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label, which you can download and print to use, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer by yourself.
You will not be charged any fees for returning the item, including the return shipping fee. To return your product, please contact us to receive specific instructions on the process via our support email: email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 15 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customer can cancel their order within 4 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 4~10 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so
